Our Business Unit Liquids accompanies around 150,000 transports of liquid chemical goods across Europe annually. For our Business Unit with 130 employees at the headquarters in Dürrenäsch, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

Tasks and Responsibilities

• You monitor transports by rail, road, and sea routes throughout Europe and keep track of their current status
• You identify delays and other deviations, coordinate the next steps with the dispatch team, and inform the customers
• You support customers in German and English and answer questions about ongoing transports
• You record transport orders and keep transport data as well as status reports up to date in our modern ERP system
• You work closely with our European branches and our international dispatch teams

Your Qualifications

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• You are interested in international transport processes. Initial experience in logistics or customer service is welcome but not a prerequisite
• You communicate confidently and clearly in German and English
• You prioritise and remain friendly and courteous even when multiple requests arrive simultaneously
• You enjoy working with digital systems and pay attention to accurate, up-to-date data
• You ask questions, think ahead, and like to contribute to a team
