What you can contribute to
- Support projects through organisational, administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain, structure and complete project documentation and specialised documentation as well as knowledge management (e.g. Confluence, filing systems, instructions, templates)
- Participate in first-level support: receiving, documenting and coordinating requests as well as following up on outstanding matters
- Prepare project meetings, take minutes and ensure follow-up, including managing outstanding matters and decisions
- Produce simple analyses, overviews and presentation materials to support project and support processes
What makes you unique
- Currently studying or recently completed university or university of applied sciences studies (bachelor/master), preferably in economics, business informatics, digital construction or a related field
- Interest in digital work processes, project organisation and topics related to digitalisation in construction and real estate; a liking for structured work, documentation and knowledge management
- Initial experience with collaboration, documentation or analysis tools (e.g. Confluence, Excel, Power BI) is an advantage; otherwise, willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with these tools
- Methodical, independent and reliable working style, combined with good organisational skills
- Ability to present information clearly, understandably and appropriately for the audience, both orally and in writing
- Good knowledge of two official languages

Have you just finished your studies or are you still in the middle of your course? With us, you will gain valuable practical experience at the interface between project work, support, documentation and coordination. As part of a university internship, you will support our team in organising and developing digital work processes and contribute significantly to the quality and traceability of projects and services. You will discover the project and support environment within the federal administration, work closely with various specialised departments and learn how digital platforms, processes and standards are used and developed in the fields of construction and real estate. You will thus deepen your organisational, analytical and communication skills and acquire a solid foundation for the next stage of your professional career.
