IT Service Specialist 80-100%

Your Tasks

• First point of contact for IT requests: You receive support requests, analyse them and professionally handle them in 1st level support.
• Technical support: You take care of the installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral devices and software so that our employees can work smoothly.
• Coordination and communication: You are the central contact point between internal users, our external service providers and the IT team and coordinate in case of disruptions, requests and planned work.
• Ticket management: You record and maintain all requests and disruptions in the ITSM tool (incident and request management) and ensure structured documentation.
• Participation in IT projects: You are actively involved in rollouts, inventory and documentation.
• Collaboration with 2nd level support: You work closely with our 2nd level team to solve complex technical challenges.

Your Competences

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent professional experience
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, M365, AD user management
• Enjoyment of direct contact with users
• A solution-oriented, independent and communicative working style
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working in an agile, dynamic environment
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
