Area of responsibility

• IT Service Desk: First point of contact for employees by phone or ticket
• Request management: Analyse and efficiently resolve support requests
• Quality assurance: Ensure clear documentation in the ITSM system
• Client support: Manage end devices and ensure smooth operation
• IT compliance: Actively implement IT and security standards
• User support: Support employees and make IT infrastructure understandable
• Project work: Participate in IT projects and further develop our IT landscape
• Service improvement: Contribute ideas to continuously improve IT services

Profile

• Training: IT training (e.g. IT specialist EFZ, IT supporter) or comparable experience in IT support
• Experience: You have solid experience with ticket systems; ITIL knowledge is a plus
• Skills: You are confident with Microsoft operating systems and Office 365
• Additional skills: You bring basic network understanding and apply it pragmatically
