There is plenty to do with us

  • Preparing quotations and order confirmations in cooperation with the sales managers
  • Supporting offer and price calculation
  • Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and updating of conditions and master data
  • Preparation of statistics, analyses and evaluations for the sales management
  • Participation in sales-promoting measures as well as in quotation follow-up (e.g. mailings, dispatch of price lists)
  • Telephone customer contact and handling of enquiries
  • Interface to internal departments such as production, scheduling, laboratory
  • General administrative tasks in internal sales as well as deputising within the team
  • Participation in projects

How you get involved with us

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in the construction/construction-related industry
  • Technical understanding and interest
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics or equivalent)
  • MS Office: good user skills
  • German: very good knowledge spoken and written, English and French: advantageous
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • Careful and precise working style, strong organisational skills
  • Team player and willingness to deputise
  • Resilient, able to keep an overview during high workloads
