About the job
What you can achieve:
At Hamilton Storage, you do not work on conventional refrigeration systems. You manage highly complex automated storage systems in which sensitive samples are stably stored within a temperature range of -80 °C to +30 °C.
You are the central expert in the field for all refrigeration technology matters and ensure that our systems run reliably – even under demanding conditions and with international customers.
This role is aimed at trained refrigeration technicians with a solid professional foundation. Senior-level experience is not required – what matters is that you master your craft and want to develop further.
- Repair and maintenance assignments at our international customers
- Scheduling of third-party companies at our customers
- Monitoring and evaluating the work of third-party companies
- Renewing contracts with third-party companies
- Monitoring and maintaining our refrigerant storage
- Creating and maintaining the status overview of refrigeration systems
- Maintenance according to local regulations
- Handling customer complaints
- Feedback to engineering for system improvements
What you bring:
- Completed training as a Refrigeration System Technician EFZ (mandatory)
- Certification in handling refrigerants (mandatory)
- Initial to several years of experience in refrigeration technology
- Independent and structured working style
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Fluent German, English is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
Framework conditions:
- Travel activity 50-80 % (Europe / DACH)
- Assignments are plannable and organised in a structured manner
- No on-call duty

- Partial work at the headquarters in Domat/Ems
