What you will achieve with us
- Check-ins and check-outs: Professional and warm welcoming and farewelling of our guests.
- Welcoming arriving guests: You welcome our guests and ensure they feel immediately at ease.
- Invoice preparation: Creation and management of guest invoices with the utmost precision.
- Creation of weekly programmes: Planning and organisation of weekly programmes for our guests.
- Reservations: Receiving and processing reservations with great care.
- Internal communication: Ensuring smooth communication with other departments for optimal guest care.

- Guest service orientation at the highest level: As the first point of contact for our high-calibre guests, you bring a pronounced service orientation and set standards in guest care.
- Solid training and experience: You have completed vocational training in upscale hospitality and can demonstrate at least two years of professional experience in 5-star hotels, through which you have acquired comprehensive expertise in the front office area.
- Language skills: Fluent German and English are essential. Additional language skills, especially in Italian and/or French, are an advantage.
- Technical know-how: You are proficient in using Opera Cloud as well as the Microsoft programmes Word, Excel and Outlook.
