The Land Registry Office of the Regional Chancellery Solothurn fulfils its task in preparing and conducting public notarisation of legal transactions concerning real estate and maintaining the land register. For the Land Registry Office Region Solothurn, we are seeking as of 01.12.2026 or by agreement at the Solothurn location a Clerk at the Land Registry Office, 80-100%.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing public deeds concerning legal transactions on real estate (e.g. purchase and easement contracts).
- Your responsibilities include entering these legal transactions in the day and land register.
- In connection with your area of responsibility, you perform all administrative tasks.
- You advise customers at the counter, by telephone and electronically, and provide information in the same manner.
Your profile
- You have a commercial apprenticeship qualification (Profile E) or an equivalent education.
- Precise and independent working, a swift and structured working style, as well as confident written and spoken German, characterise you.
- You are service-oriented and have good IT skills.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in contract law or in the notary and/or land registry sector.
