With over 100 employees, the Hasle-Rüegsau Retirement and Nursing Home offers 72 residents a professional and contemporary living, care, and support service. To strengthen our dementia care team, we are looking for a specialist as of now or by arrangement for the position of

Deputy Group Leader Dementia Care 80% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

You will support the group leader in administrative, organisational, and conceptual tasks. The main focus of the role is to ensure individual, person-centred care and support for 8 residents in the group. Active participation in care and support forms the basis for the further development of care quality and team support. Involvement in training, integration of residents' wishes, work with relatives, and cross-departmental collaboration are central parts of the role. You will represent the group leader during their absence.

What we expect

• Completed training as a long-term care specialist or as a health professional EFZ with professional experience in the dementia field
• High social competence, resilience, and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of the nursing profession and sensitivity in dealing with people with dementia
• interRAI LTCF knowledge
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
