The healthcare sector faces great challenges and sustainable timber construction solutions are an important part of the answer. Renggli has already successfully realised retirement and nursing homes as well as other healthcare buildings for hospitals and clinics in recent years. Now we want to strategically develop this important area further. For this, we are looking for a committed individual as Project Manager: Healthcare Buildings, who not only leads projects but actively contributes to building and growing our healthcare construction competence field. What you can achieve

• Overall responsibility for complex healthcare construction projects across all SIA phases, from the start of the preliminary project to the completion of warranty work.
• Targeted contribution of know-how in the acquisition phase.
• Coordination and successful integration of the requirements of operators, users, authorities, planners, specialist planners, and specialists.
• Management of costs, schedules, quality, environment, and safety as well as assessment of project-specific opportunities and risks – together with your project team.
• Leading planning and construction meetings as well as coordinating the project team and all companies involved in the construction.
• Developing the basis for construction descriptions, cost estimates, cost calculations, tendering according to NPK and BKP, material selection, and construction programmes – depending on project size, together with a site manager.
• Preparation of analyses and responsibility for controlling, reporting, change orders, and final accounts.

What you bring with you

• You have a qualification as a federally certified construction manager, TS technician, architect, civil engineer, or an equivalent education.
• You have several years of experience in independently and successfully managing general contractor or total contractor projects in Switzerland. Experience in healthcare construction is welcome. Alternatively, you are interested in gaining solid expertise in this field.
• You are familiar with Swiss standards and laws and apply them confidently in your projects.
• Ideally, you know timber construction or want to develop your knowledge together with our internal specialists.
• Digital project management, customer-oriented action, entrepreneurial thinking, and cooperative collaboration are part of your working style.
• You communicate fluently in German, coordinate different interests reliably, and keep an overview even in complex project situations.
• What you do not yet know about healthcare construction, you will learn with us.
