The Swissmem Compensation Office is one of the largest association compensation offices in Switzerland. As a competence centre for the social insurances of the 1st pillar, we support companies in the Swiss machinery, electrical and tech industries. Specialist Contributions (80 – 100 %) m/f/d

Your tasks

You are an important contact person for our corporate clients and competently support them in all questions concerning AHV contributions. You can expect varied and responsible tasks:

• Advising our corporate clients on all questions regarding contribution collection and annual salary processing
• Assessment of social insurance affiliations in an international context
• Supporting customers in using our customer portal connect
• Recording and managing non-employed persons
• Maintaining the members' register and collaborating with our founding associations
• Participation in projects if suitable and interested

Your profile

• Commercial training and ideally professional experience in social insurances
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and solution-oriented advice
• Precise, independent and structured way of working
• Team spirit, initiative and a strong service orientation
