Head of Customer Service Pratteln, Biberist & Kriens

Your tasks

• In this exciting role, you will take on the personnel and professional leadership in the customer service area at the locations Biberist, Pratteln and Kriens.
• Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for all customer concerns and ensure professional and solution-oriented support.
• Your further tasks include order acceptance and correct entry into the system, proactive notification of customers, and supporting dispatch in planning and coordinating assignments.
• Furthermore, you regularly participate in customer meetings and actively contribute to projects to continuously improve processes and further develop customer service.

Our requirements

• For this position, you have completed vocational training and have several years of professional experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics/dispatch.
• You are characterised by a strong customer and service orientation as well as a solution-focused mindset and also bring leadership skills that enable you to motivate and develop teams purposefully.
• We are looking for a proactive, thoughtful individual with a pronounced hands-on mentality and strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Personally, you convince with your reliable and open manner and enjoy the dynamic and versatile world of transport logistics.
