With over 146,000 insured persons and 438 affiliated employers, BVK is the largest pension fund in Switzerland. It is a private law foundation and has a large portfolio of directly held properties. In Switzerland, it rents out over 6,500 apartments and more than 350,000 m² of office and commercial space and has a strategic pipeline with development projects. BVK also uses its real estate expertise for granting mortgages. It manages investment assets of around 46 billion Swiss francs. Your main tasks

• Specialist support in the area of occupational pensions
• Assistance with operational activities such as monthly contribution invoicing, pension processing, and related error analyses
• Analysing, optimising, further developing and documenting business processes in the area of occupational pensions
• Contributing specialist knowledge to projects and initiatives as a pensions expert
• Handling occupational pension cases for the beneficiaries
• Customer service in the classic sense: contact with our insured persons across all communication channels
• Ensuring specialist knowledge within the occupational pensions department

What you bring

• Commercial basic training or higher education; further training in occupational pensions or several years of professional experience in occupational pensions
• Very good skills in data and requirements analysis and process management
• High personal responsibility, pronounced reliability and team spirit
• Several years of professional experience in customer consulting and business analysis in occupational pensions
• Strong customer and quality orientation as well as independent, precise and efficient working style
• Affinity for interfaces; knowledge in data analysis and process automation is an advantage
