What you can achieve:
As a project leader in Lifecycle Engineering, you take on the leadership and coordination of lifecycle projects for existing products with a focus on industrialisation, manufacturing processes, and automation. You are also responsible for ensuring product availability, cost optimisation, and technical development while considering regulatory requirements.
Your tasks include:
- Leading industrialisation projects for existing products regarding automation and new manufacturing technologies within a global production network
- Planning, managing, and monitoring projects in terms of cost, quality, and deadlines
- Coordinating interdisciplinary teams from manufacturing and lifecycle engineering, production, development, and procurement
- Ensuring the successful implementation of product and process changes in the series production of consumables made of plastics
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality-related requirements
- Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle
What you bring:
- Completed studies (FH/ETH/University) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, medical technology, production engineering, or industrial engineering
- Several years of experience in project management, manufacturing engineering, or product lifecycle management, preferably in the medical technology sector
- Experience in series production and industrialisation of technical products, preferably in the area of consumables made of plastics
- Knowledge of change management (ECR/ECO) and product change processes, advantageous
- Confident handling of ERP and PLM systems, preferably D365, SAP, Windchill, Codebeamer
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in regulated environments, ideally medical technology, advantageous
- Willingness to travel occasionally (< 20%)
