To support our client, a leading company in Zurich, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, responsible, and motivated individual as

IT Specialist (a) 80-100% [Ref:2786]

• Processing and resolving support requests via telephone, e-mail, and the ticket system, with the aim of ensuring smooth IT operations
• Installation, setup, and ongoing maintenance of IT workstations as well as peripherals such as computers, printers, and mobile devices
• Design and implementation of new software solutions to digitalise and optimise internal workflows
• Analysis of existing systems and processes to identify optimisation and automation potential
• Supporting the support team in handling complex technical issues as well as in sustainable error analysis and solution finding

• Successfully completed training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT support or helpdesk as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
• Sound knowledge in analysing and resolving technical faults
• In addition to professional qualifications, an open, communicative, and convincing personality is required, who acts confidently in dealing with customers and colleagues
• Very good German skills at level C2 are mandatory; English skills at least at level B2 are advantageous
