Our sales team in Adliswil ZH needs reinforcement!

Your responsibility

With your strong service orientation, you competently and professionally assist our customers directly at the counter on site or by telephone and also take on tasks in logistics.

Your tasks at a glance

• Independent advice to our customers at the counter, by telephone or in the back office
• Providing various information and processing orders
• Preparing quotations
• Entering orders in the ERP system (eNVenta)
• Organising transit orders
• Interface between scheduling, production and customer
• Processing returns and customer complaints
• Preparing daily and monthly cash register closings for cash sales
• Support in the operational warehouse and delivery area, including forklift work
• Assistance at the concrete plant (concrete dispensing point)

Your profile

• Completed initial training (EFZ) in horticulture, the construction/construction-related sector or in building materials trade
• Commercial further training or interest in further commercial education
• Good PC skills, preferably with some experience with an ERP system
• SUVA-recognised forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1, native speaker preferred)

Your personality

You already have some experience in a similar environment or explicitly want to switch from a technical profession to sales/commercial area. As a team player, you pitch in everywhere so that our customers are always served in a friendly, competent and efficient manner.
