The Transaction Advisory accompanies real estate transactions holistically: We develop strategies for investment and divestment decisions, optimise portfolios and create added value through sound valuations and pricing.

This is what you will achieve:

• You lead demanding transactions from the initial analysis to closing. In doing so, you accompany your clients holistically - from strategic orientation to detailed implementation
• Due to your many years of experience and your strong network with institutional as well as private owners, you independently acquire and accompany new clients and mandates
• You recognise opportunities and risks, prepare sound real estate valuations (income, residual value and DCF methodology) and derive clear recommendations for action
• With innovative and target group-oriented marketing concepts, you achieve convincing business success
• With your sense for market trends and through the continuous maintenance of your network, you position the Transaction Advisory in a targeted manner - and sustainably expand our market strength

That is why you succeed:

• With a degree in business administration, finance, architecture or engineering with further training in the real estate sector, you bring the necessary foundation
• With at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of real estate transactions, you are not only very familiar with real estate valuations, market analyses and the relevant legal areas, but also bring a reliable customer network
• Project and stakeholder management succeed even under high workload
• Strategic action, clear communication and strong negotiation skills characterise your style - as a team player you use these for the overall success of the Transaction Advisory
• You are linguistically versatile: German as your mother tongue, fluent in English. Good knowledge of French is an advantage
