SRK Care Assistant on an Hourly or Monthly Wage - Region Schwyz, Uri & Glarus
Your Important Contribution
- You support our clients with basic care and daily life, orienting yourself to their individual needs and resources.
- You take on household tasks and assist our clients, for example, with shopping, meal preparation, or household chores.
- You accompany and support our clients in everyday activities, promoting their independence and quality of life.
- You observe changes in the condition of our clients and reliably pass on relevant information to the responsible nursing professional.
- You adhere to applicable hygiene and quality guidelines and work carefully and responsibly.
- You work closely with the case-leading nursing professionals and the interprofessional team.
What You Bring
- You have completed training as an SRK Care Assistant or are willing to complete it. We will support you in this.
- You enjoy working independently, are reliable and flexible.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector. However, this is not a requirement.
- You treat our clients with respect, empathy and appreciation.
- You remain calm, friendly and composed even in demanding situations.
- You have good German language skills and can communicate clearly with our clients and the team in everyday situations.
- You have your own car.
- Ideally, you live in the region.
