Perfect, then you fit in with us!
Even if the office world is new to you, we will accompany you step by step in your entry. With careful training, you will get to know our processes and can purposefully apply your technical knowledge from the start. This way, you develop in a new direction without leaving your craft roots behind.
Ready for something new? Then we look forward to hearing from you!
Your Role
As an internal sales administrator, you are the central point of contact for our customers, specialist retailers, and our production. Your main task: smooth order processing, from the first enquiry to successful implementation. You ensure that all processes mesh efficiently and our customers are always well cared for.
Your Tasks
From ordering to timely implementation, you keep an eye on the entire process, check feasibility, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
To ensure everything is in the right place at the right time, you coordinate the availability of appliances, merchandise, and other components.
If things don’t go according to plan, you are called upon: in case of defects or complaints, you quickly find a suitable solution and ensure customer satisfaction.
Why this job is perfect for career changers
You can purposefully apply your technical knowledge from your previous profession and use it in a new environment.
Structured training makes it easier for you to get started and familiarises you step by step with office processes.
In doing so, you gain valuable experience and open up new perspectives for your professional future.
What you bring with you
You have completed training in construction or a related trade, for example as a carpenter, polymechanic, or in a similar profession, and would like to switch to the office.
Your technical understanding helps you quickly grasp processes and contexts and handle orders efficiently.
You are characterised by strong communication skills and very good German language skills; knowledge of French is a plus.
You are proficient in using IT applications such as Office, CRM, and ERP.
