Your Role

As an internal sales administrator, you are the central point of contact for our customers, specialist retailers, and our production. Your main task: smooth order processing, from the first enquiry to successful implementation. You ensure that all processes mesh efficiently and our customers are always well cared for.

Your Tasks

• From ordering to timely implementation, you keep an eye on the entire process, check feasibility, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• To ensure everything is in the right place at the right time, you coordinate the availability of appliances, merchandise, and other components.

• If things don’t go according to plan, you are called upon: in case of defects or complaints, you quickly find a suitable solution and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you bring with you

• Your technical understanding helps you quickly grasp processes and contexts and handle orders efficiently.

• You are characterised by strong communication skills and very good German language skills; knowledge of French is a plus.

• You are proficient in using IT applications such as Office, CRM, and ERP.
