Health Specialist EFZ or Certified Nursing Specialist HF, Inhouse Spitex 50-80%
Your Tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
- You create care documentation and individual care planning and are responsible for regular, timely evaluation and accompany the progress of care goals
- You coordinate the assignments of our clients and work independently
Your Profile
- Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ or Certified Nursing Specialist HF
- Experience in the field of Spitex or assisted living
- You are humorous, empathetic and can also laugh with the clients :)
- You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
- You have good oral and written German skills
