The Muri-Gümligen Music School is a vibrant place of cultural encounter, where 35 music teachers and around 600 pupils develop their joy of music. For our dedicated team, we are looking for a reliable, communicative and proactive personality who holds our music school together organisationally, supports the school management and actively shapes our presence both internally and externally.

Your tasks

• You coordinate the school organisation and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• You are the central contact person for teachers, pupils, parents and external partners.
• You support the head of school in organisational and administrative matters.
• You take over the administration of pupils and general correspondence.
• You are responsible for our marketing and communication internally and externally – from website and newsletter to social media, flyers and posters.
• You organise and accompany events such as the well-known Mettlen concerts, Advent concerts, our summer festival as well as other concerts and projects.

Your profile

• Enjoyment in dealing with people as well as interest in music and culture
• Commercial or comparable training
• Enjoyment of organisation, communication and working independently
• Confident German as well as good knowledge of English and French
• Very good MS Office skills and affinity for digital media
• Experience in marketing and communication (including social media)
• Organisational talent, initiative and networked thinking
• Service-oriented, reliable and open personality
