What you can contribute to

• Develop and evaluate real estate projects in their initial phases and establish solid foundations on which strategic investment decisions will be based
• Manage and monitor feasibility studies, develop project definitions as a basis for their successful implementation
• Delegate projects to organisational units responsible for the operational part and ensure the implementation of strategic guidelines
• Consolidate sustainability objectives, including net zero emissions, in real estate development, establish technical bases for this, advise project participants and promote the sharing of knowledge and experience in this area
• Contribute to the continuous development of sustainability strategies, represent the organisation within specialised bodies, networks and working groups

What makes you unique

• Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in architecture, civil engineering, business administration, environmental sciences or a comparable discipline
• Further training in real estate economics or business administration, combined with further training in sustainability in the building sector
• Several years of professional experience in real estate development or project management, and in sustainability in the building sector
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, experience in establishing decision bases and managing complex projects
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, solution-oriented working method, excellent communication skills and extensive advisory competence
• Good knowledge of two official languages

In this position, you will contribute to the sustainable development of our real estate portfolio. To do this, you will define sustainability objectives within the framework of real estate development as well as the conditions necessary for sustainable and resource-respecting investments.
