Tasks

• Independent care and support of clients in their homes
• Planning, implementation and documentation of care processes
• Advice and support for clients and their relatives
• Collaboration with other professionals and institutions
• Promotion of clients' independence and quality of life

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in outpatient care is an advantage
• High social competence and empathy in dealing with clients
• Independent and responsible working style
• Driving licence category B
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
