Application Manager Abacus (m/f/d) 100%

Action is required - your tasks

• The smooth operation of our central Abacus application landscape is at the heart of your daily routine.
• You approach incoming fault reports in a solution-oriented manner and ensure a rapid resolution.
• You take the concerns of the specialist departments in a structured way and translate them purposefully into the release planning.
• From the first idea to the go-live, you accompany new system developments step by step and reliably.
• In the content-related as well as commercial management of our external suppliers, you keep a firm grip on the reins.

The perfect dossier does not exist. However, with these qualities you are well prepared to meet your task.

• The foundation of your profile is a commercial or technical EFZ education, supplemented by further training in business informatics or a related field.
• Practical experience in the Abacus environment - both in support and in IT projects - is essential.
• You easily understand technical contexts around scripts, reporting tools and SQL databases.
• You score communicatively with confident German, while basic French skills facilitate collaboration.
• As an attentive lateral thinker, you quickly link complex processes and approach challenges in a solution-oriented manner.
