Professional or Senior IT Supporter (a) 100% [Ref: 2781]

• Analyse and resolve simple incidents in remote support
• Record, classify, prioritise, assign, and close tickets
• Escalate more complex issues to 2nd or 3rd level support
• Implement installation and configuration specifications
• Manage users and permissions
• Support ensuring the availability of hardware, software, and network
• Maintain and document knowledge in the knowledge base

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in IT support or service desk
• Confident handling of ticket systems and practical experience in processing incidents and service requests
• Willingness to work 7x24 shift operations, including weekends, public holidays, night shifts, and on-call duty
• Enjoy direct contact with users and a service-oriented working style
• Trustworthy personality with a clean criminal record and debt collection register extract
• German language skills at level C2 are required
• Additionally, French and/or Italian skills at least at level B2 (to be checked in the initial interview)
