As an operational buyer / dispatcher (m/f/d), you actively contribute:
- Operational procurement of production-related materials and merchandise
- Ensuring optimal inventory management with a focus on material availability and optimal stock turnover
- Creating and maintaining framework agreements
- Setting up and managing subcontracting and production orders
- Continuous analysis and optimisation of procurement and disposition processes
- Preparation, evaluation, and interpretation of forecasts for demand planning
- Checking, coding, and approving supplier invoices
- Central interface function between production, logistics, and other internal stakeholders
- Co-supervision of apprentices in the purchasing area
You bring the following and are thus a great asset to us:
- Completed technical, logistical, or commercial basic training
- Further training as a purchasing specialist or technical buyer
- Several years of experience in disposition / operational procurement of trade and production materials
- Confident German and very good English skills
- Efficient use of MS Office programmes
