The Saphir Foundation, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of individuals vulnerable in their physical and mental integrity throughout their life process.
To complement our payroll service, we are looking for a:
Payroll Process Expert (M/F/D) on a Permanent Contract at 80% - Management Centre
As a payroll expert, you play a key role in managing, ensuring the reliability and development of activities related to remuneration and social insurances for approximately 700 professionals. You oversee the entire payroll process, from data collection to salary payment, ensuring legal compliance and quality of processing. You manage salary variables as well as files related to social insurances.
Through the production of statistics, analyses and reports, you contribute to financial management. With a continuous improvement approach, you participate in optimising the service’s operations by implementing and enhancing internal procedures.
As a resource person, you advise and support line managers as well as professionals on salary and social matters, facilitating understanding. Your ability to communicate clearly and build trust will be particularly important in this role.
YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS
You hold a human resources management certificate and have proven experience in payroll and social insurance management in Switzerland.
A Federal Diploma as a specialist in human resources or social insurances would be an asset.
You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss legislation regarding social benefits (AHV, IV, unemployment, etc.) and are comfortable with numbers, analysis and IT tools. You are proficient in Excel and have experience working with an ERP system. Knowledge of the OPALE software would be an advantage.
You express yourself fluently and precisely and are recognised for your methodical, analytical and synthetic mindset.
Rigorous and organised, you know how to work independently while appreciating collaboration and exchanges with various stakeholders. Dynamic and committed, you are comfortable sharing your knowledge, explaining complex topics in an accessible way and contributing constructively to the evolution of practices.
