Our linear guides, measuring systems, racks, linear tables, and positioning systems are extremely important components of machines and systems used to manufacture mobile phones, computers, screens, solar systems, and medical devices. To strengthen our assembly team at SCHNEEBERGER AG we are looking for motivated employees as Team Coordinator Assembly. In this responsible role, you will take on the technical leadership of the assembly team and contribute significantly to ensuring a high-quality, timely production of our products.
You coordinate the daily workflows, support your team with technical questions, and ensure smooth information flow between the involved departments. Thanks to your organisational skills, hands-on mentality, and technical understanding, you make an important contribution to the success of our company. Your area of responsibility

• Support in deployment planning as well as training and further education of employees
• Contact person for technical questions and troubleshooting within the team
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) and V-KATA
• Support in optimising assembly and production processes
• Creation and maintenance of work, maintenance, and production documentation
• Active participation in assembly as well as cross-departmental support when needed
• Ensuring up-to-date work documents and compliance with quality standards
• Promotion of knowledge transfer, job rotation, and onboarding of new employees
• Coordination of resources as well as reporting of needs and bottlenecks
• Monitoring of deadlines, quality, safety, and order in the area of responsibility (5S)

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training, further training as team leader is an advantage
• Several years of experience in demanding and complex assembly work
• Solid product knowledge, experience in drive technology is an advantage
• Good IT skills, ideally with SAP
• Basic knowledge in electrical engineering and sensor technology
• Experience in cleanroom environment is an advantage
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Flexible, team-oriented and communicative personality
• High social competence as well as an independent and responsible working style
• Open to criticism, solution-oriented and assertive
