To expand our team and expertise, we are looking for a

Warehouse Manager

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in managing sectors such as production, warehouse and logistics, ideally in a technical field. Experience in handling hazardous materials is considered a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office
• Training in occupational safety or chemical products is considered an advantage
• Valid forklift driving licence
• Determined, flexible and stress-resistant personality, with a practical approach to work and an action-oriented mindset
• High service orientation, as well as accurate and structured working methods
• Practical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Resident no more than 15 minutes from the warehouse

Main responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the technical and organisational management of the warehouse
• Ensuring the regular execution of logistics processes
• Responsible for warehouse safety and ADR consultant for the warehouse (possibly to be trained in-house)
• Optimisation of internal processes in compliance with safety standards
• Goods receipt and dispatch operations and inventory activities
• Management, motivation and professional development of the warehouse team
• Coordination of maintenance and repair work, as well as collaboration with external service providers
• Emergency management, on-call duty and company first aid.
