About the Position

In this role, you actively shape the digital transformation of our customers – at the interface of consulting, business analysis, and technical implementation. You accompany national and international companies in the introduction of modern CRM, marketing automation, and agentic AI solutions and, as the primary contact person, are responsible for quality, timing, and customer satisfaction. At gateB, you work in an interdisciplinary team of consultants, engineers, data scientists, and implementation specialists – with a lot of personal responsibility, direct customer contact, and the freedom to truly make a difference.

Your Tasks

Consulting & Project Management

• You advise our customers on the use of the BSI Customer Suite and proactively develop customer relationships and accounts
• You take on project management and are the primary contact for our customers – from planning through customer meetings and JIRA board maintenance to project finances
• You ensure project delivery and guarantee the quality of tasks from project staff and developers
• You support the sales process with RFIs and RFPs and create and present project cases, demos, and offers

 Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering

• You analyse customer processes, develop requirements, and translate these into system and process concepts for sales, service, and marketing processes as well as customer journeys
• You create briefings for implementation and development and contribute to the development of interface concepts
• You are responsible for PoCs and MVPs – from conception to implementation

Solution Consulting

• You configure and implement cloud enterprise solutions, create data models, workflows, customer journeys, and logics
• You implement campaigns and use cases – including marketing automation and agentic AI – in operational business
• You train and enable our customers in the use of our solutions

Your Profile

• You bring proven experience in implementing projects with the BSI Customer Suite
• You have a university degree in business, business informatics, or IT
• You have professional experience in consulting and/or project management of technology projects – ideally in CRM, marketing automation, CMS, or eCommerce
• You analyse customer processes precisely, quickly identify requirements, and translate them into viable concepts and solutions
• You work in a structured, independent manner with a high standard of quality – without losing sight of the "big picture"
• You are a communicative, approachable personality who builds trust with customers through professional appearance and expertise
• You are characterised by high initiative, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on mentality
• You enjoy working with people from different cultures and are willing to travel
• You communicate fluently in German and English
