Head of IT Education - School Principal (m/f/d)
In this role, you will assume strategic and operational overall responsibility for IFA and report directly to the CEO of ipso!. You will lead the department heads and the administrative management directly, as well as the lecturers indirectly, and additionally be responsible for your own department. You will deliberately expand the education portfolio to reach new target groups and gain market share. At the same time, you will consistently develop the structures across all locations with a customer-oriented approach.
You do not need to have run a school. What matters is several years of leadership experience with accountability for results, for example in ICT, consulting, or digital business, as well as enjoyment in leading people. You are present, direct, and genuinely interested in lecturers and students. Technology is your domain, including AI: you understand what new technologies mean for business and education and ideally have a network in business and ICT. Entrepreneurial thinking, implementation strength, market orientation, and a hands-on mentality characterise you.
Impact, Growth and Shaping
You hold a tertiary-level qualification (HF, FH or university), ideally in computer science, business informatics, or business administration. Experience in education or training is a plus but not a must; what is crucial is your conviction that education makes a difference.
