For our customers, we develop customised IT solutions and offer services and performance from our own data centre. We take our credo "IT tailored to measure" very seriously and implement our assignments with high quality. Our team is small, but our projects are all the more extensive and interesting. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed IT Service Desk Agent.

Responsibilities

• 1st-level support for our customers
• Classification and processing of support requests
• Handling tasks via ticket system
• Communication with customers

Qualifications

• Training in the IT field or equivalent qualification
• Experience in IT support or helpdesk
• Good knowledge of common IT systems and applications
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form (native language)
• Service-oriented, independent and structured way of working
