Your tasks

[The Data analyst for Service + Success department focuses on Power BI and Analytics tools to be used by the Management Team to monitor the activity and support decision making process., BI and Analytics tools for KPIs and Reporting (40%) :, Analyze business requirements, databases, and available BI tools, researching market offerings., Develop and maintain a robust BI system, including database management, visualization, access control, and dashboard creation, aiming to streamline operations and save time., Standard and ad hoc business analysis (20%) : Sales parts, balance scorecard, ..., Field Service Management Software (40%) :, Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and stories with SAP Analytics Cloud focusing on intuitive navigation and actionable visualizations., Prove real-time insights by measuring and monitoring various KPIs essential for effective decision-making in the realm of service management.]

Your profile

[Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related field (master’s degree is a plus - M2 or MBA)., Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English., Good understanding of statistic tools and ability to perform statistical analyses., At ease with Board BI or same software]
