- Leading and developing our HR team across two locations (5 employees)
- You ensure professional and legally compliant personnel management throughout Switzerland (including payroll accounting).
- You ensure efficient personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- You will further develop our HR strategy and implement it effectively.
- You are a sparring partner to the management team on strategic and operational HR topics.
- You manage HR controlling, key performance indicators, reporting, and budget processes.
- You lead HR projects and successfully advance them together with internal and external partners.
- You will systematically develop our HR processes, systems, and management tools.
- You actively drive forward key topics such as talent management, succession planning, and employer branding.
- You are responsible for internal HR marketing and HR communication.
Key requirements:
- Solid HR training (e.g. federal diploma in HR management, Master's degree or equivalent) and at least 4 years of experience in a comparable role
- You have fluent German and French skills, ideally at a native speaker level in one of the two languages and a C1 level in the other.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law and sound experience in wage disputes and social security.
- Leadership experience with the ability to lead teams clearly, situationally and with a focus on development.
- High willingness to be present at both locations and willingness to travel within Switzerland (30-40%)
- Strategic thinking combined with entrepreneurial and pragmatic implementation skills
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and confidence at all hierarchical levels
- You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment, and set clear priorities.
- You are proficient in using HR metrics, MS Office and ERP systems (Abacus, PEP)
- Experience in organizational and personnel development is an advantage, but not mandatory.
