Multi-Family Office based in Geneva is looking to recruit, for a permanent position, a
Family Office Assistant – French/English – 80% to 100%
Your Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and document filing.
Organising meetings and managing office supplies.
Drafting correspondence in French and English (emails and letters).
Handling all administrative client requests and supporting HR-related tasks.
Processing invoice payments and monitoring administrative flows.
Managing calls, schedules and external relations.
Coordinating travel arrangements, hotel/restaurant/taxi bookings, and organising internal and client events.
Your Profile:
Commercial diploma (CFC), Federal Vocational Baccalaureate or equivalent.
Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus.
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role in Switzerland, ideally within a Family Office or a confidential financial environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (WinEur is a plus).
Discreet, proactive, organised, and reliable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to prioritise tasks and work independently with a strong sense of service.
Based in Switzerland and available at least 80% daily. Start date to be agreed.
