Do you have an affinity for numbers, are you organised and can keep track of things even in a dynamic environment? For our client, an internationally active company, we are looking for a committed personality as Accounting & Office Assistant.
Responsibilities
Maintenance and entry of financial data in the accounting system
Support in the preparation of invoices, payment processing and accounts receivable and payable management
Assistance in the reconciliation of bank accounts and monthly financial statements
Expense management and general accounting tasks
Organisation and maintenance of documents (digital and physical)
General administrative support for the team and management
Profile
Completed commercial training (EFZ) with vocational baccalaureate or studies in accounting/finance
2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable function
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP an advantage
Basic knowledge of Swiss accounting (Swiss GAAP); knowledge of IFRS an advantage
Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Turkish is a plus
