Project Manager Operations and Site Developer
VERWO CZ (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks

• Building knowledge about our products, customers, processes, and corporate culture at the main site in Reichenburg
• Regular collaboration with specialists and managers in Switzerland and the Czech Republic as well as building a cross-departmental network
• Close cooperation with the site management in the Czech Republic on operational and strategic issues
• Supporting the site management in the Czech Republic with production planning, resource control, and capacity development at the Czech site
• Active participation in the further development of processes, standards, and organisational structures
• Analysis of production and business processes and management of optimisation and development projects focusing on productivity, quality, and delivery reliability at the Czech site
• Gradual assumption of additional responsibility as part of your personal development

Your profile

• Technical basic training, ideally as a polymechanic or production mechanic or in a related profession in the MEM industry
• Further education at HF, FH, Bachelor, or Master level with a technical or business focus (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or production technology)
• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing industrial company
• Initial experience in project management, process optimisation, or production environment is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality, high presence in production, and enjoyment of working with employees at all levels
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High willingness to travel between Switzerland and the Czech Republic
• Very good German and English skills
