Team Leader: Maintenance Cleaning SG Eastern Region (m/f/d) 100%
Do you want to take responsibility and, together with your team, ensure professional and economical management of our properties? As a team leader in internal caretaking, you combine operational experience with leadership skills, quality awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking. You develop employees and processes further, maintain contact with our customers, and ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Your tasks
- You take on the personnel and professional leadership of your team and specifically accompany, motivate, and develop your employees
- Together with the responsible internal departments, you support the recruitment of new employees, conduct personnel discussions, and coordinate suitable training measures
- You plan and control operational deployments and processes proactively and ensure efficient and timely service delivery
- Quality is paramount for you: you conduct regular quality checks, document the results in the designated systems, and initiate appropriate measures if necessary
- You ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, ISO requirements, and internal processes and continuously develop operational procedures
- Your responsibilities also include safety checks in the area of fire protection and fire loads as well as coordinating sprinkler inspections
- You always keep an eye on the economic development of your area of responsibility and ensure compliance with budget requirements and achievement of financial goals
- You are responsible for your cost centre, analyse relevant key figures, and derive suitable operational measures
- As a competent contact person, you maintain regular communication with administrations and other customers and conduct property inspections
- You recognise additional customer needs, identify possible additional orders, and thus contribute to the further development of mandates and to increasing customer satisfaction
- You support the management and regional management with meaningful reports, analyses, and in the operational implementation of strategic measures
- You participate in tenders and cross-departmental projects and attend meetings, workshops, and specialist events as required
- You also reliably and solution-orientedly support the management and regional management with short-term and extraordinary tasks
Your profile
- You have completed training in a relevant field, for example facility management, building technology, cleaning technology, or a comparable function
- You bring several years of experience in internal caretaking, facility service, or a comparable function
- Ideally, you already have leadership experience and can demonstrate proven success in leading and developing teams
- Sound knowledge of quality management as well as a good understanding of business processes, budgeting, and cost management distinguish you
- You have experience in developing and optimising work processes and combine strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation in daily operations
- You work independently, structured, and efficiently and convince with decisiveness, assertiveness, and a high sense of responsibility
- With your strong customer and service orientation and confident manner, you maintain sustainable relationships with administrations and other stakeholders
- Empathy, communication skills, and social competence enable you to deal with employees and customers in a respectful yet clear manner
- You are flexible, resilient, and willing to undertake regular external assignments as well as customer and property visits
- You work confidently with common MS Office applications and quickly find your way around internal software and CAFM systems
- Further training or experience as a fire safety officer and knowledge in the area of sprinkler systems are advantageous
- You have business fluent German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
- Self-motivation, reliability, organisational talent, and networked thinking complete your profile
