Your Tasks
- Ensuring first and second level support for our customers and service locations
- Technical support via telephone, e-mail and remote access
- Problem analysis / fault diagnosis and implementation of corrective measures
- Preparation of quotations and processing of service orders (spare parts, service calls, revisions)
- Planning, commissioning and supervision of our service technicians during assignments
Your Profile
- Technical basic training (polymechanic, automation technician or similar basic training)
- Further training advantageous (higher technical college, technical business administrator or similar)
- Experience with CNC-controlled machine tools (Siemens control)
- Good user knowledge of the MS Office suite and SAP (CS module)
- High customer orientation, teamwork, reliability and resilience
- Languages: German and English (spoken and written)
