Requirements Engineer - Lending / Real Estate
Project:
Our client is looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer to support the redevelopment of a banking application in the lending sector. (Reference number: 925215RF)
Tasks:
• Elicitation, analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements
• Close collaboration with business units, business stakeholders and IT teams
• Analysis and structuring of requirements in the lending sector
• Translation of business needs into clear and actionable requirements for IT
• Creation and maintenance of requirements, specifications and other relevant documentation
• Support throughout the entire requirements management process from analysis to implementation
• Coordination and clarification of requirements with various stakeholders
• Identification of dependencies, risks and open issues
• Support in the further development of processes and solutions in the lending environment
Requirements:
• Several years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst
• Essential experience in the lending sector
• Solid understanding of processes and business requirements in the lending environment
• Very good and confident German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Experience working with business units and IT teams
• Experience in an agile environment with Scrum
