You can contribute in this role
- Handling property sales with the support of external partners
- Implementing building lease rent adjustments for federal staff housing cooperatives, partly involving negotiating a new building lease contract
- Professional leadership and further development of a property management team
What makes you unique
- Advanced professional training in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate trustee with a federal diploma or equivalent)
- Confidence in negotiations, assertiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
- Professional leadership skills and the ability to take responsibility
- High degree of independence, flexibility as well as a team-oriented and open personality with commitment and drive
- Good active knowledge of two official languages
In a nutshell
You do not just conduct negotiations, you shape their outcomes. In this key role, you take responsibility for complex real estate transactions and actively shape the property portfolio of the civilian federal administration. A role for personalities who want to combine entrepreneurial thinking with a public mandate.
