At Pigna, we care for people with disabilities with heart and professionalism. We promote, support, supervise, and care. We offer 148 residential places in various living arrangements as well as 175 sheltered workplaces. Additionally, 90 places are available in the day centre.

From 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a specialist at the Kloten location

SPECIALIST FUNDRAISING (50%) (M/F/D)

Focus on foundation fundraising

Your area of responsibility

  • Establishing a structured foundation management system and, in the medium term, developing a structured legacy programme, building a culture of appreciation and long-term donor retention
  • Systematic research and qualification of relevant foundations (regional and national), as well as identifying companies from the region and building relationships for partnerships, developing a donor journey and ensuring reporting and accounting
  • Preparing and submitting funding applications in consultation with department and executive management
  • Actively considering which existing and future offerings might be of interest to foundations
  • Analysing rejections and feedback for continuous application optimisation
  • Collaborating with the communications officer in implementing the communication strategy with a clear fundraising focus

Your profile

  • Education in marketing / business administration / project management and further training in fundraising (e.g. ZHAW, CEPS Basel or equivalent)
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in fundraising in the NPO sector and proven experience in preparing funding applications to foundations as well as project reports
  • Fluent German skills (native or C2); French and English skills are an advantage (for relationship management with international funding partners from the region)
  • High presentation and social skills, as well as enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in managing donor relationships
  • Experience in the social sector and connection to the Zurich Unterland/Glattal region is a clear plus
