On behalf of a very established and successful client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual for the position of

ICT Support Specialist (a) 100% [Ref:2465]

• First point of contact for employees with IT problems and technical concerns in 1st and 2nd level support via various channels
• Independent recording and processing of tickets including prioritisation, documentation, and forwarding to the appropriate specialist departments
• Active support in expanding internal knowledge articles as well as optimising support workflows and processes
• Structured and solution-oriented handling of support cases with a focus on quick and reliable user support

• Completed IT training or comparable practical professional experience in the IT field
• Experience in support or dealing with customers is welcome. However, a high service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users are decisive
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form at least at C1 level as well as good French skills from level B2
• Strong technical interest, quick comprehension, and motivation to continuously familiarise yourself with new topics and systems
• Independent and reliable working style, good organisational skills, as well as open and clear communication
• An impeccable reputation is required
