Your Tasks

• Processing and resolving incoming customer complaints
• Telephone and written communication with customers and suppliers
• Checking, recording, and tracking order confirmations
• Creating and maintaining statistics
• Ensuring and monitoring defined processes and procedures

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or logistics training
• Experience in customer service or administration, ideally in the furniture industry
• Good IT skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Customer-oriented thinking and enjoyment in dealing with people
• High commitment, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
• Very precise and reliable working style
• French language skills, spoken and written, are an advantage
