For our dynamic team at the Zurich-Altstetten location, we are looking for an additional

Trainer / Coach Digital Business Developer Federal VET Diploma (m/f/d, 80–100 %)

You will strengthen our training team at the Zurich location & create a motivating, practical learning environment in the foundation year where young people can discover their strengths & develop their potential.

As a coach, you are responsible for the methodological & professional training of apprentices in the profession Digital Business Developer Federal VET Diploma. You bring your professional experience, for example from product or project management, as well as proven methods & practical experience into the training.

According to your strengths, you will take on further roles within our circle organisation & actively shape the development of our training.

These topics you will teach

In the foundation year , we promote conceptual, technical, methodological & communicative skills in the following fields of action:

• Analysing & further developing business processes
• Managing & evaluating data
• Developing digital solutions
• Automating business processes
• Implementing & introducing ICT solutions
• Business engineering
• Digital transformation

As a team, we support each other & use our different skills purposefully. We share a lot of practical experience, high motivation & a strong commitment to quality.

What you bring

• You have at least three years of professional experience – for example as a product owner, project manager or in a comparable role. Experience in mentoring or training apprentices is a plus but not a requirement.
• You have experience in product &/or project management. You enjoy developing creative solutions & implementing them in a structured & methodical way – from the first idea to introduction & continuous optimisation.
• You are creative, tech-savvy & interested in digital developments.
• You have a degree or practical experience in business informatics or a comparable field. Alternatively, you are willing to further your education in this direction.
• You want to individually, professionally & methodically support young people at the start of their careers.
• You have strong social & communication skills, like taking responsibility & know how to inspire & develop others.
• You communicate fluently in German, both orally & in writing. Good English skills are an advantage.
