Your new job

• Independently planning, coordinating, accompanying and documenting internal and external audits
• Responsible for document management – from maintenance to optimisation
• Creating, updating and integrating process descriptions
• Enabling and supporting process owners in dealing with the management system and their topics
• Tracking measures for continuous improvement including checking their effectiveness
• Taking on small to medium projects in the context of the management system

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of practical professional experience in managing and optimising management systems (e.g. quality, service or safety management)
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 27001
• Good communication skills, confident appearance and fluent German
• Independent, structured and reliable working style as well as conceptual thinking
• Confident in using MS Office applications

Your salary

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is in the range of 75,000 to 90,000 Swiss francs per year, depending on your prior knowledge and experience. If competencies are still lacking, it may be somewhat lower. Salary development then depends on your performance and Bedag’s financial success. In addition, there are first-class social benefits.
