To complement our Mediterranean department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement at our company headquarters in Zurich-Oerlikon for a determined and dynamic personality as

Employee Product Manager Mediterranean Foods 100% (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

Administration

• General administrative / commercial tasks
• Article master data maintenance
• Representation within the department

Procurement

• Systematic storage and monitoring of goods receipts
• Creating goods orders according to the department management's instructions
• Checking purchase / freight invoices according to the department management's instructions

Sales

• Delivery date agreements with customers
• Telephone customer support
• Handling complaints and damage cases according to quality management guidelines

Our expectations of you:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) or equivalent
• Initial professional experience in trade and basic knowledge in the food industry is a great advantage
• Quick comprehension with corresponding implementation ability
• Enthusiasm for food law and technical aspects
• Very good MS Office skills required, Navision knowledge desirable
• Fluent German, Italian and English mandatory, as well as French skills a great advantage
• Communicative personality with drive and a long-term perspective
