To strengthen our client’s team, we are looking for a committed and creative Marketing Manager (80-100%) who will further develop our brand and take our marketing strategy to the next level.

Your Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and customer loyalty
• Planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Creation and maintenance of content for our website, social media channels and other communication platforms
• Market and competitor analyses to identify new trends and opportunities
• Collaboration with internal and external partners to successfully implement projects
• Monitoring and optimisation of the marketing budget
• Planning and execution of trade fair, event and sponsorship appearances
• Management and coordination of internal stakeholders, external agencies, partners and service providers
• Participation in cross-departmental projects and initiatives
• Professional support and guidance of trainees

Your Profile

• Completed studies in marketing, communication, business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a similar position (knowledge of retail is an advantage)
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Sound knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Creativity, initiative and a structured way of working
• Excellent German skills as a mother tongue, good French skills desired
