- Manage the recruitment and integration process
- Advise and support management and employees
- Monitor employees on sick leave
- Participate in appraisal interviews and draft decisions
- Know and ensure compliance with current legislation, regulations and procedures
- Participate in the administrative processes of the employee lifecycle at Grangeneuve (195 FTE)
- Commercial training completed by the federal diploma of HR specialist or equivalent training
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the personnel legislation of the State of Fribourg is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the partner language
