Your Tasks
- You lead and develop the electrical installation department in the area of new construction / renovation.
- In doing so, you lead and promote the project managers, site managers and assembly staff directly reporting to you.
- With existing customers, you sell our entire range of services. Additionally, you acquire new customers, projects and additional orders.
- You are responsible for the preparation of project planning and solutions, as well as for personnel deployment planning.
- You reliably monitor, coordinate and organise projects. Furthermore, you ensure the processing, occupational safety and billing of the services provided.
- The timely submission of monthly figures, as well as ensuring the billing rate and liquidity, complete your area of responsibility.
What You Bring
- You have the qualification of a federally certified electrical installer.
- In addition, you can demonstrate several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role.
- You have also gained experience in managing large projects.
- An independent and structured way of working, very good communication skills and a high standard of quality characterise you.
- Sound MS Office skills, as well as resilience, strong team orientation and quality awareness, are also among your attributes.
- You have an independent and goal-oriented working style and organisation and possess very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
